The condition of used Loola's include some tyre wear, moderate scratches on the frame, and fabrics which may have evidence of use. Each Loola is mechanically sound and tested to ensure safety

Terms of sale:
Postage	Postage is to the UK mainland only and please allow 10 days for delivery. Unfortunately we cannot effectively deliver to Ireland (North or South) or any outside islands from the mainland. The delivery of your goods will be via courier and will need a signature on arrival. If nobody is in, the courier will have to take the goods back to their local hub and they will leave a contact card so you can arrange delivery for another day.
Payment	We accept Paypal only and expect payment within 3 days. If you are having problems with payment, please let us know so we can hold the item for you. Goods unpaid for will be re-listed in 14 days. We are unable to accept Cheques, P.O's, or Credit cards and eCheques will be held until cleared.
Warranty	Babyvalue offers 30 days from time of delivery and during this period we'll do our utmost to rectify any faults and issues you may have with the product. If the product is new when sold, the manufacturers warranty will still be valid thereafter. Our 30-day warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns	You may return unused or damaged/wrongly described goods within 7 days of receipt. For damaged/wrongly described goods, you may be eligible for a full refund plus your P&P after we have inspected the goods. If the goods are ordered in error or unwanted, and returned unopened, you will be eligible for a full refund but will incur the P&P costs. In both circumstances please inform us via email, as we may be able to resolve the situation by other means.
Availability	A lot of our products consist of clearance stock and for this reason the range of items for sale can vary beyond our control, so if it seems we’ve run out of an item, check back in the future as we just may have it again by adding Babyvalue to your favourites.
