| Warranty | Babyvalue offers 60 days from time of delivery and during this period we'll do our utmost to rectify any faults and issues you may have with the product. |
| Postage | Postage is to the UK mainland only using Amtrak. We don't believe in profiting from post and offer some of the cheapest rates on eBay. Please allow 5 working days (after day of payment) for delivery and please note we cannot offer a pick-up service from our warehouses for safety reasons. |

| Availability | Most products available to us come from excess stock from the manufacturers main warehouses, as it’s released we list it in the store immediately. | Product Types |
New products are posted directly from our warehouse and have never been opened. Exdemo products have only been used for in store demonstration only. For this reason they may show very slight blemishes such as a scratch or slight fading of the colour. These will only be cosmetic as every product is thoroughly tested by our specialist engineers. Used products will typically have moderate wear on the frame, fabrics and wheels but are structurally sound and tested by our engineers to ensure safety. |
