We accept Paypal only and expect payment within 3 days. If you are having problems with payment, please let us know so we can hold the item for you. Goods unpaid for will be re-listed in 14 days. We are unable to accept Cheques, P.O's, or Credit cards and eCheques will be held until cleared.

Returns
You may return unused or damaged/wrongly described goods within 7 days of receipt. For damaged/wrongly described goods, you may be eligible for a full refund plus your P&P after we have inspected the goods. If the goods are ordered in error or unwanted, and returned unopened, you will be eligible for a full refund but will incur the P&P costs.

In both circumstances please inform us via email, as we may be able to resolve the situation by other means.
